ขนมปัง....สังขยาใบเตย สูตรอร่อย...ทำง่าย

หากจะกล่าวถึงขนมที่คนนิยมทานกัน ในช่วงเย็นๆ หรือหัวค่ำ ใครหลายๆคนคงต้องนึกถึงขนมปัง-สังขยาใบเตย ที่ทานกับนมสด #ชานม # กาแฟ หรือทานกับ นมเย็น น้ำปั่นผลไม้ ก็จะลงตัวเลยทีเดียว วันนี้จึงขอนำเสนอวิธีทำสังขยาใบเตยมาฝากกันนะคะ เผื่อใครๆสนใจ จะลองทำดูในช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ให้คนใกล้ตัวได้ลองชิมกันบ้างเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกันค่ะ
อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้
ไข่ไก่ 3 ฟอง
นมสด 3/4 ถ้วย
น้ำตาลทราย 3/4 ถ้วย
แป้งข้าวโพด1/4ถ้วย(แป้งสาลีก็ได้)
ใบเตย 5 ใบ
หัวกะทิ1/2ถ้วย (ถ้าไม่มีเวลาใช้กะทิกล่องก็ได้)
เกลือ 1 ช้อนชา
นมข้นจืด 2 ช้อนโต้ะ
วิธีการทำ
1.นำใบเตยมาล้าง แล้วหั่นเป็นท่อนเล็กๆ นำไปใส่ในโถปั่น เติมน้ำเปล่าลงไปแล้วปั่นให้ละเอียด นำมาคั้นและกรองน้ำใบเตยออกมาให้ได้ 4-5 ช้อนโต้ะ
2.ตอกไข่ใส่กะละมัง ตีไข่ให้เข้ากัน(ใช้ตะกร้อมือจะดีมาก) ใส่น้ำใบเตย แป้งข้าวโพด น้ำตาล นมสด เกลือคนให้เข้ากันอย่าให้แป้งจับตัวเป็นเม็ด
3.นำกระทะใส่น้ำเปล่าตั้งไฟอ่อนๆ แล้วนำกะละมังที่ใส่ส่วนผสมทั้งหมดทีคนให้เข้ากันได้ที่แล้วนำมาวางในกระทะ คล้ายๆตุ๋น ใช้ตะกร้อคนไปเรื่อยๆจนข้นจากนั้นยกลง เพียงแค่นี้เราก็จะได้สังขยาใบเตย สำหรับรับประทานกับขนมปังนึ่ง หรือว่าปาท่องโก๋ เวลาเสริฟควรราดนมข้นจืดไปนิดหน่อยเพื่อรดชาด ด้วยนะคะ

ขนมปังสังขยาแสนอร่อย ทานคู่กับชานมหอมมมมมๆ นุ่มมมมมๆ ก็จะเข้ากันมากเลยนะคะ
